About me

(she/her)
I’m Tammara Leites, an artist, developer and interaction designer. I combine art, design, and technology to challenge perspectives, while exploring the creative possibilities of emerging technologies. My work reflects on what it means to be a connected human every day.

I lead research in human-computer interaction at Transmii, collaborating with artists, designers, and researchers on thought-provoking creative projects that range from interactive platforms and installations to performing arts and film.

My work has been recognized with awards from Hochparterre Magazine and METAA and has been featured in France Culture, Libération, RTS, Le Temps, AFP, etc. Projects I've worked on have been presented worldwide at venues and festivals such as La Biennale di Venezia, Ars Electronica, Les Rencontres de la Photographie Arles, KIKK, Mapping Festival.

I hold a Bachelor’s in Visual Communication and a Master’s in Media Design from HEAD — Geneva and regularly give talks and teach at various institutions. In 2022, I was part of GAES, a French platform fostering dialogue between science and the arts. I’m also a member of METAA, TMNlab, and Société Suisse des Auteurs.

I’m always open to interesting collaborations and conversations—feel free to contact me in English, French, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese.
